Refund policy

We always want you to feel comfortable about what you wear. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Eligibility

  • Items can be Exchanged/Returned ONLY if the request is made SAME DAY of delivery. 

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Process

  1. Please place your return request here: Return Request

  2. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 4 business day 

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

  4. Refunds are transferred once we receive your returned item. Please note that couriers do not handle cash refunds.
  5. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us through Direct Messages on Instagram 

Notes

  • Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs along with the first delivery shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect even with a free shipping promo-code in case they want to return an item.

  • Please note that, as per our courier’s policy, opening the package upon delivery is allowed, so take your time to process while the courier is there. You'll ONLY pay for the shipping fees. If you wish to return or exchange, you still have a SAME-day window to contact us after the courier leaves, and our team will handle it for you.

  • Please not we DO NOT return or exchange any item that has (LAST ITEM) in the product title/name

To start a return, you can contact us via Direct Message on our Instagram page or at Getintouch@designkaf.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll deduct the shipping fees for the order twice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately after on IG or Email if the item is defected, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we'll investigate the case so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any printed items or custom products including special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, kindly contact us via email getintouch@designkaf.com or our Instagram account @Design.Kaf and once the exchange is accepted, we'll be sending the new item


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or through the courier while picking up the item. A refund could take up to 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
