To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We DO NOT exchange or refund any PRINTED items unless they are defected as all our products are printed on demand! 

We do exchange and refund any basic item that has no prints.

The maximum duration to exchange or refund your order is 14 days since you receive your order based on the Egyptian CPA (consumer protection agency). 

To start a return, you can contact us at Getintouch@designkaf.com or our Instagram page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll deduct the shipping fees for the order twice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately after on IG or Email if the item is defected, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we'll investigate the case so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any printed items or custom products including special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Avoid using hot water, as it may damage the fabric or cause prints to fade.
- Use a mild detergent and gently agitate the product in the water. Do not scrub or wring harshly.

2. Drying:
- After washing, gently squeeze out excess water without twisting or wringing.
- Air dry your product by laying it flat on a clean, dry towel or hanging it in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause colors to fade.
- Do not use a tumble dryer, as high heat can shrink the fabric or damage prints.

3. Ironing:
- If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and avoid ironing directly over any prints or embellishments. Instead, iron on the reverse side or place a cloth between the iron and the print.

4. Storage:
- Store your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality.
